securely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Need Next-Day Delivery?
If you require 24-hour shipping, please place your order directly through our
Instagram page [@nooreishqofficial]. We will do our best to accommodate express
delivery requests.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 7–15
business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and order
weight.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import
fees applicable in their country.
Please note: Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal
Mail tracking number.
You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances
such as weather, postal strikes, or customs delays.
Noor E Ishq is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or international
couriers.
In rare cases where a parcel is lost, we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the
issue.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Noor E Ishq is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete
addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will
apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos of the packaging and product.
If your parcel is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with Royal Mail and arrange
a suitable resolution.
