We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Noor E
Ishq. If you change your mind or experience an issue, please review our
policy below.

  1. Change of Mind Returns (UK Consumer Law)
    Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers
    shopping online have the right to cancel and return eligible items
    within 14 days of receiving their order for a full refund.
    Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
    Exceptions:
     Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
     Custom-made or personalised items
    These items are non-refundable unless faulty.
  2.  Faulty or Damaged Items
    If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48
    hours of delivery.
    Please contact us via email or Instagram with:
    1. Your order number
    2. A description of the problem
    3. A clear photo of the fault or damage

    We may require the faulty item to be returned before processing your
    refund.

  3. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm
    approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    within 7–10 business days.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our
    error or a faulty item.

  4.  How to Return an Item
    1. Contact us first (within 14 days for change of mind, or 48 hours for
    faulty items).
    2. We will provide return instructions.
    3. Securely repackage the item in its original box and packaging.
    4. Ship it back to the return address provided.

    Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item
    is faulty.

  5. Exchanges
    We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different
    item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
